Welcome to Toywise.pk — Pakistan’s first dedicated educational toy store. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Orders & Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash and NayaPay transfers.
Orders above Rs. 5,000 via COD may require a 10% advance payment to confirm your order.
For JazzCash & Nayapay payments, customers receive a 🎁 free gift.
Customers are requested to share payment proof on WhatsApp at +923000909389 after checkout.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide in Pakistan via Leopard Courier.
Flat Rs. 250 shipping, Free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,999.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (excluding holidays or exceptional circumstances).
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email once dispatched.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Contact us at sales@toywise.pk or Whatsapp at 03000909389 within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return window: 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns are only accepted for:
Wrong item sent
Damaged/defective item
Item not as described
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened toys may be returned with a small fee unless it is damaged or defected.
Items on sale/clearance, story books, coloring books, and stickers are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days via bank transfer or store credit (with 10% extra value).
Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.
Video proof of unboxing is mandatory for refund/exchange claims.
4. Product Information
All products are carefully selected, focusing on child development, safety, and durability.
Colors and packaging may slightly vary from photos due to lighting and manufacturing updates.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is safe with us.
We only collect necessary data (name, number, email, address) to process your orders.
We never sell or share your data with third parties.
6. Modifications
Toywise.pk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review them before every purchase.
